Unless otherwise mentioned in the item listing, current production times are 1-10 business days based on item. Most of our listed items have a production time listed.

Wood signs have the longest production time of 7-10 days and vinyl decals have the shortest production time of 1-3 days.

All orders ship from Lawrenceville, GA.

At this time, we do not do local pickups.

Please contact us via our contact page within 24 hours of the item being marked as delivered, with a picture of the damaged product and we can then discuss options.

We currently ship via USPS/UPS. and use First Class (for anything less than 1 lb) and Priority Mail/UPS for all other orders. We receive a tracking number for all orders.

Detailed instructions can be found in the listing. Everything you need to apply the decal(s) will be included in each order (alcohol wipe, scraper tool and transfer tape).

You should measure the item that you are wanting to put the decal on, to be safe.

In general, putting a decal on a tumbler vertically your height would be about 1.5” (depending on the cup). A car decal is generally 5”+. To get a better idea of what it should look like you could cut the size that you are thinking out of a piece of paper and place it in the spot on your car. There is no RIGHT way, it’s all based on what you like.
